For over a decade, Ibrahim’s main focus has been on corporate and commercial litigation including labor and administrative disputes, contract disputes and compensation, banking and finance litigation, trademark infringement, and local and international arbitration. He has extensive experience resolving disputes before the general court, Board of Grievance and Arbitration Tribunal.
Ibrahim is a Shari’ah law expert with extensive experience in a wide range of corporate and commercial legal matters within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including an emphasis on joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, commercial litigation and arbitration, Islamic banking and privatizations. Throughout his legal career, Ibrahim has incorporated numerous Saudi, GCC and international entities in Saudi Arabia.
